Ayaka Osako

Reason why I came to Hungary is that I thought that if I study classical music, I should study in Europe.

Though there are many good teachers and music also in Japan, however it's not the best place of classical music, and I can't feel the atmosphere of the Western world in my home country.

And then, I attended the master course of Vilmos Szabadi, Liszt Academy violin professor in Japan, this course made me decide to go abroad to study and to choose Liszt Academy.

I have passed just 1 year since I came to Hungary, but I like living here.

Hungarian people are kind to me, though I don't understand the language. There are a lot of warmhearted people in Hungary.

My favorite place is along Duna (River Danube). There are the Chain Bridge and the Royal Palace there, the night view is especially great! I go for a walk there and refresh my mind when it gets tired.

I studied the violin as a part-time student last year, since this school-year I have been a full-time Master student (MA).

I'm studying various subjects such as music history, analysis and chamber music in addition to the violin major now.

Last year, I consciously studied the quality of sound. My professor always gives me proper advice.

I'm learning the attitude of a professional musician.

To listen a lot of concerts gives good stimulation. A student of Academy can buy concert tickets very cheaply.

It could be difficult to study as an international student, however it has a good effect for me to get in contact with  Hungarian and other students.

That's why I appreciate this life!
